Course Refund & Attendance Policy

Full Course Pass

When you purchase a full course pass, you gain access to every live lesson included in that course. Each session is a standalone lesson, so you still benefit from each one you attend, even if you miss others.

If you cannot make a session, no worries. You will still have access to any shared materials from that session.

Texts Covered

Each course covers a set of exam board texts. Before purchasing, check the session list on the course page to see which texts are included.

If Your Child's Text Isn't Covered

The skills taught in each session (how to structure an essay, how to analyse language, how to compare texts) apply across all texts. Your child will still benefit from attending.

Example: If the course covers An Inspector Calls and A Christmas Carol, but your child studies Macbeth, the essay-writing and analysis techniques they learn will transfer directly to Macbeth questions in the exam.

Pay-As-You-Go

If you prefer to book individual sessions rather than the full course, you can do so on the course page. Individual session bookings close 48 hours before the live lesson starts.

Once a session booking is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or transferred. Please make sure you can attend before purchasing.

Essay Marking Deadline

If you have purchased marked feedback (either as part of the course or as a standalone add-on), you must submit your work within two weeks of the relevant session date. Submissions received after this deadline may not be marked.
